I certify that I am at least 21 years of age and authorize Youngberg Hill to charge the credit card on file for wine club selections, applicable taxes, shipping, and compliance fees.
I agree to maintain accurate mailing address, phone number, email address, and payment information and to submit any updates at least 30 days prior to a scheduled shipment. Changes requested after an order has been processed will incur a $25 administrative fee.
Wine Club membership requires a one-year commitment and automatically renews unless canceled with at least 30 days’ written notice prior to the next scheduled shipment.
Early Cancellation:
If membership is canceled before the one-year commitment is fulfilled, I agree to pay an early cancellation fee equal to the total discounts and benefits received during the membership period. This amount will be charged to the credit card on file.
No Refunds:
All wine club orders are final once processed. Wine club shipments are non-refundable, including but not limited to circumstances involving personal preference, delayed pickup, failed delivery attempts, or returned packages.
Youngberg Hill is not responsible for costs, losses, or delays resulting from incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, carrier errors, or returned shipments. Shipments not received, redirected, or picked up within 60 days are forfeited without refund.
Wine Club benefits do not apply to private events, weddings, or third-party bookings. Additional restrictions may apply.
Force Majeure:
Youngberg Hill shall not be held liable for delays, substitutions, or nonperformance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, fires, labor disruptions, carrier delays, regulatory changes, or acts of God.
By joining, I consent to receive transactional and promotional communications via email and SMS and acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to all Wine Club terms and policies.
